How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery life varies by model, but most of our scooters offer a range between 15 to 40 miles. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and speed mode will influence the total distance.
What is your shipping policy for electric scooters?
We offer free standard shipping on all scooter orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Do the scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electrical components. Wear-and-tear items like tires and brake pads are excluded.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The scooter must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles of recorded use to qualify for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are these scooters waterproof?
Most of our models have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and rain. However, they should not be submerged in water or ridden through deep puddles.
Do I need to wear a helmet while riding?
Safety is our top priority. We strongly recommend all riders wear a certified helmet and follow local traffic laws regarding electric micromobility devices.
